It is important to us to try to resolve all problems in a timely manner. Some problems are easy five-minute fixes but others may take longer. Either way we need to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Part of how we do this is by tracking all requests through an online issue tracking system.

All Support Requests are logged through an automated issue tracking system. This ensures that all requests received for support are correctly documented and routed to the right Planasport staff for resolution.

The Planasport site is provided as a managed service for your association. At times there may be difficulties accessing or operating the site. It could be a misunderstanding of how the web site works, a technical issue with one of our providers, or a problem with an uploaded file. Really, it could be any one of a number of things. There are different types of support that deal with different types of problems.
