We're pretty excited about this great feature. The ability to have the system automatically work out who to notify when you make changes to approved appointments.

If you need to cancel a fixture, cover an important fixture if the original appointee is injured or sick, or a whole weekend gets washed out due to weather, you can communicate changes quickly and easily using the Plansport SMS gateway.

Once your appointments are approved and published to the public pages you sometimes need to make late changes due to weather or injury. You may also find that due to other factors you can now cover more fixtures than you originally published. How do you make sure you let everyone know about the changes? When you approve a revised set of appointments the Planasport system works out all the changes for you and generates unique SMS notifications to just those people who need to know. You can see when the SMS was sent and when it was received. Need to make more changes? That's no problem, again, when you approve your changes only the affected referees get notified. It's economical, fast, and accurate.
